All Centres from all States

For Female:
Adalaj, Ahmedabad, Kutch & North Gujarat


* As per the event policy, only selected center sevarthis within the defined age criteria will be eligible to fill the seva application form for PMHT Shibir - 2026.

* This is the first phase of the form release. If more sevarthis are needed, the seva application form will be reopened in a second phase for other centers as well. This information will be conveyed through Akonnect.

* We request you to carefully read the Seva Application Form filling instructions prior to filling the form.

Seva Option


Seva Update / Cancel Policy


In order to change your Seva Dates or Cancel your Seva after the Seva Application Form is Filled, You can Edit or Cancel your Seva from My Applications button for this particular Event in Seva Module.

Seva Update Policy

1. Online changes to Seva Date will be possible only till the Seva Application Form is Open. To change Seva Dates on your submitted Seva Application, please click on "Edit" button from My Applications for this particular Event.

2. In order to change your Seva Dates after the Seva Application Form is Closed, kindly contact SMD. 

Seva Cancel Policy

Please review the below guidelines prior to cancelling your Seva.


1. You may request cancellation of your Seva with reason, at any time before the 15th of May 2026.

2. The cancellation request will be processed within 3 working days. If you do not receive a response within this time frame, please contact SMD.

3. Please contact SMD to revoke your Seva cancellation request.

4. Once the 'Seva Cancellation Request' is submitted, you will be able to revoke the request. If you wish to revoke the 'Seva Cancellation Request' at this stage, you can Re-Apply for Seva  through Apply Button in Seva Module.

5. Once the 'Seva Cancellation Request' is processed, you will receive a cancellation approval message by SMS as well as on your registered Email ID stating that your 'Seva Cancellation Request' is 'Accepted'.

Form Instructions & Allotment Letter Announcement

1. By filling the Sevarthi Application Form you are only giving us your availability for seva.


2. The Allotment of Seva will be done based on the requirement of the event so that all sevarthis get a chance to do seva, attend satsang and enjoy the event.


3. The Announcement regarding Seva Allotment Letter will be declared around 5th of May, which can be download from Applications in Seva Module in Akonnect. The information of the same will be further given via Akonnect.

* ઇવેન્ટ પોલીસી મુજબ, અમુક ઉમરના અને અમુક સેન્ટરના સેવાર્થીઓ જ આ PMHT શિબિર - ૨૦૨૬ નું ફોર્મ ભરી શકશે.
* આ ફોર્મ પેહલા તબક્કામાં બહાર પડે છે. જો વધુ સેવાર્થીઓની જરૂર પડી તો આ સેવા એપ્લિકેશન ફોર્મ ફરીથી બીજા તબક્કામાં અન્ય સેન્ટરો ને પણ ધ્યાનમાં રાખીને શરુ કરવામાં આવશે, જેની માહિતી એકનેક્ટમાં જણાવામાં આવશે.
* આ ફોર્મ ભરવાની પહેલા, સેવાર્થી માટેની સૂચનાઓ વાંચી જવા વિનંતી.

સેવા વિકલ્પ




સેવા અપડેટ / કેન્સલ પોલીસી 

સેવા એપ્લીકેશન ફોર્મ ભર્યા પછી સેવાની તારીખો બદલવા અથવા સેવા કેન્સલ કરવા માટે આપ સેવા મોડ્યુલમાં આ ઇવેન્ટ માટે 'મારી અરજીઓ' બટનથી આપની સેવાને એડિટ અથવા કેન્સલ કરી શકો છો.

સેવા અપડેટ પોલીસી

૧. જ્યાં સુધી સેવા એપ્લીકેશન ફોર્મ સ્વીકારાય / લાઇવ છે ત્યાં સુધી સબમિટ કરેલ સેવા એપ્લીકેશનમાં "એડિટ" બટન ક્લિક કરીને મહાત્મા પોતાની સેવા તારીખો બદલી શકે છે. 

૨. સેવા એપ્લીકેશન ફોર્મ સીસ્ટમ બંધ થયા બાદ સેવાની તારીખો બદલવા માટે મહાત્માઓને SMD માં સંપર્ક કરવા માટે નમ્ર વિનંતી છે. 

સેવા કેન્સલ પોલીસી

સેવા કેન્સલ કરતાં પહેલાં નિમ્ન મુદ્દા વાંચી લેવા નમ્ર વિનંતી છે.


૧. સેવા કેન્સલ કરવા માટેની વિનંતી (કારણ સાથે) ૧૫ મે ૨૦૨૬  પહેલા આપી શકે છે.


૨. કેન્સલેશન વિનંતીને ૩ દિવસમાં પ્રોસેસ કરવામાં આવશે. જો આપને ૭ દિવસમાં રિસ્પોન્સ ન આવે તો SMD માં સંપર્ક કરવા વિનંતી છે.


૩. કેન્સલેશન અરજીને રદ્દ કરવા માટે SMD માં સંપર્ક કરવા વિનંતી છે.


૪. એક વખત ‘સેવા કેન્સલેશન વિનંતી’ સબમિટ કર્યા બાદ મહાત્મા તેને ફરી કેન્સલ કરી શકશે. સેવા ચાલુ રાખવા અને ‘સેવા કેન્સલેશન વિનંતી’ કેન્સલ કરવા માટે આપ સેવા મોડ્યુલમાં ઇવેન્ટમાં "અરજી કરો" બટન પર ક્લિક કરી ફરીથી અરજી કરી શકાશે.


૫. કેન્સલેશન વિનંતી પ્રોસેસ થતાં જ મહાત્માને SMS તથા ઇમેલ થકી મેસેજ આપવામાં આવશે કે તેમની વિનંતી અનુસાર 'સેવા કેન્સલ' કરવામાં આવી છે.

ફોર્મ સૂચનાઓ અને એલોટમેન્ટ લેટરની જાહેરાત 

૧. ખાસ નોંધ લેશો કે ફોર્મ થકી આપ માત્ર સેવા માટે પોતાની અનુકુળ તારીખો જ આપી રહ્યા છો. 


૨. સેવા એલોટમેન્ટ ઇવેન્ટની જરૂર પ્રમાણે કરવામાં આવશે જેથી સેવાર્થીઓને સેવાનો પણ લાભ મળે અને તેઓ સત્સંગ તથા ઇવેન્ટ પણ માણી શકે.


૩. સેવા એલોટમેન્ટ લેટર આશરે ૫ મે ના જાહેર કરાશે એ એકનેક્ટના સેવા મોડ્યુલમાં "અરજીઓ" માં જઈ ડાઉનલોડ કરવાનો રહેશે. આ બાબત માટેની વધુ વિગત આપને આગળ જતા અકનેક્ટ દ્વારા  જણાવવામાં આવશે.
